I haven't looked...but 7 mpg sounds just about right. Wish the gas tank was bigger. ;)

I hear that! But thats just a small pain when you consider the merits of 6.3l V12. She does like the dino juice!

was out in the beast again. I can't believe the level of confidence this car instills. XXX mph feels like XX mph. I have now set the speedo alarm to remind me I may be going too fast....

As most NY'ers know, our current DOT orange and Navy plate works on some cars...not this color car. Here is my new custom plate I just ordered in more appropriate colors.

LOL! Although it is a very different car, the car kind of reminds me of the first time I drove my then very new E39 M5. Even though there are faster cars out there, you almost feel invincible- I mean what else could possibly be faster and better, and yet still comfortable?

Love the second and last shot. Only thing I would suggest is to tint out the orange reflector in the front bumper. It seems to break up the silver and black theme.

Amazing shots. Looking forward to seeing the interior detail with this camera. Are you considering aftermarket wheels to improve it's stance and ligthen the car at all four corners?

Thanks David. No plans on wheel changes. I really like the diamond cut forged wheels by Ferrari.

There you go. The darkest Tint on the orange will be sufficient. It will also match the cf headlights better. The stock wheels and current stance looks proper.

    A couple F12 newbie observations...
The pass belt will rap/knock against the CF race seats with the windows down, cross breeze turbulence. For me the solution was to position the belt around the upper seat bolster. Seems to stay there under very windy conditions. :)

The other...how darn clean the engine bay is. 500 miles and no dust. Amazing compared to my pig pen 458 dirt vacuum.

Very nice Chris! I always buckle in the passenger seat belt- no more rattling/ flying around. I wouldn't change the reflectors. It just looks "aftermarket" to my eyes. Car is perfect as is.

I'm not sure what he meant when he said tint out the front side marker. Are there clear front side markers available for Ferrari ? I always replaced the orange ones with clear on my Porsche's. I think clear would look good on my car. I just don't think there are any available for Ferrari...at least I can't find any.

What I usually do is tint out the orange reflector to a darker shade if they don't sell clear or painted units. They make painted units for the 458 and f12. vendors such as tag have them available.

Okay... I see the painted ones on the TAG website. Not sure how I feel about them.
