Silver R8 coupe at 156th & Blondo at 17:30 Fri, 20 May
Lifetime 10:00 Sat PS. Same plate as was on a 458 I'm pretty sure it was Black but may have been Red... Image Unavailable, Please Login
Same owner. He had a black R8 V10, then the black 458, and now this. Super nice guy, and he drives the wheels off of his cars.
Spotted a silver BMW z8 at the corner of 56th & South St. in Lincoln today. Then on the way back to Omaha, a brand new red Ferrari 488 was headed West on I80 near the 370 exit. Both amazing cars and neither had been spotted previously to my knowledge.
This thread is totally dead, but I thought I'd add that I saw a yellow 458 Spider at 72nd & Pacific in Omaha last week. I'd attach a photo, but I'm over my storage (apparently) and I'm not going to renew an annual membership for one photo.
Totally dead indeed! In the last 60 days (SUMMER in Omaha), there has been only about FIVE spots/posts in this topic... Wow, sad!
I've been driving my Porsche around for a few weeks now, I'm surprised no one has "spotted" me. ;-) (1973 914, kinda spotted itself - 2 or 3 different colors of paint and primer...)
Haven't been in Nebraska most of the year, but came back today and saw a pretty cool red Maserati Granturismo with a black/CF hood and black wheels!
DC and Russia! Friend posted a picture today of a verde ithica Lamborghini Huracan on I-80 around Grand Island.
It was a great time - a bit too much to explain! I visited both Moscow and Pete's, but lived in a smaller city called Vladimir for a few months. If you ever get the chance to live there, definitely take advantage of it!
West Omaha cars and coffee (or "Euros and Exotics" or whatever they call it now) has been bumpin' the last two months. Porsche 918 Spyder, Ferrari 488 Spyder, 458 Speciale, couple of Huracans, etc. There was also a dark blue Murcielago LP640 at Ice Cream Cruise, Kansas plates.
The irony of being on a 'Ferrari' website but not wanting to spend $15..... I think we have seen 'em all by now.
Nope. There's now a Facebook group called 'Nebraska Car Spotters' that is exactly what this thread used to be. It's very active, you guys should check it out. "Never seen" cars in Omaha get posted pretty regularly. Also, I think the bigger irony is a 'Ferrari' forum requiring its members to pay $15/year to upload photos, when BMW, Porsche, and hell even Honda forums require no membership fees to host as many photos as you want. You can even link to images hosted on third party sites. Oh, what a time to be alive. Cheers.
Well now that I'm subscribed again, I could post all the stuff that's been spotted in the last 6 - 12 months around Omaha, but I don't think there's any point to it, as there isn't much activity in this thread anymore.
You're very welcome. Yeah, you can only post about Vipers and Porsches only so much. I post if I see something worthwhile, else why clog up the thread with non-exotic cars? Saw the orange Mclaren several times yesterday. I was behind him at a red light, when it turned green and he pulled away I'd swear it was a big-block Chevy...
