He has speed. LH has the small elemental above him. Nico might be faster on 1 lap but overall LH appears to be just a touch faster and in race pace.
Lol The Alonsofan in me hopes that next years Honda will crush the competition but that's more hope than realism
Max is my new hero. I'm sure he'll win some races next year. That's good enough. And asI said: watching Hamilton make history isn't too shabby either
I'm looking forward to the day Elton IS history, when his singing takes off and he gets to live out his gangsta rapping dreams. Hopefully, my radio will have packed up by then though
Exactly And he knows that which is why he makes so stupid and desperate moves as in Barcelona, Zeltweg and Hockenheim
Yeh , and Lewis should take a break from all that rap gangsta stuff and sing a good 'ol Eagles tune ..just for Nicole: Desperado, why don't you come to your senses You been out ridin' fences for so long now Oh, you're a hard one I know that you got your reasons These things that are pleasin' you Can hurt you somehow Don't you draw the Queen of Diamonds, boy She'll beat you if she's able You know the Queen of Hearts is always your best bet Now, it seems to me some fine things Have been laid upon your table, But you only want the ones that you can't get Desperado, oh, you ain't gettin' no younger Your pain and your hunger, they're drivin' you home And freedom, oh freedom, well that's just some people talkin' Your prison is walking through this world all alone Don't your feet get cold in the winter time? The sky won't snow and the sun won't shine It's Full lyrics on Google Play
Lol The gangsta stuff is retarded. Reminds me of Villeneuve Jr. But I don't pay any attention to stuff outside of F1 so it really doesn't bother me.
He's certainly on his way to becoming one of the greatest ever. Still a ways to go though. I would pick Hamy over any other driver in the field in the same car to win any given race. In the case against his current team mate, I would pick Hamy to win 10 out of 10 races. Something has to go awry with Hamy for Nico to win.
Really, didn't Nico win something like nine races in a row from the last of last season into this one, are you saying that in every one of those races, Lord Elton of perfectionville made a mistake or suffered a mishap? Wow, for such a fantastic goat with infallible judgement, he certainly had a bad 8 months...... I bet you are glad he's reset his greatness?
Straight fight. Same car, no issues..... Alonso would smash Elton, Vettel would take him by a smaller margin, and he'd wet his pants if Jensen turned up in the car next door........ Maybe Baby Face Lil' Maxie would be a massive challenge too, especially if he gets in front even for second, he'd slam the door shut on him like a back street dentist, and I wouldn't see Lil Max letting him try his arrogant lunges either, it's more likely neither would ever finish a race!
+1 Some people don't accept bare facts it seems, and would still call Rosberg a guy with "no raw speed." Myself, I don't know where all these poles and wins come from ...
Considering the number of races Rosberg won at the end of last season and at the beginning of this Hamilton obviously made a lot of mistakes for one on his way to become the greatest ever Although dated (from the beginning of the season before the WDC changed towards Hamilton) it still covers the Alonso-Button years... https://thejudge13.com/2016/03/31/voice-of-f1-fans-why-lewis-hamilton-will-never-be-a-great-of-f1/ How do they say? May some heads explode Certainly this article is biased as well but just like the Hamilton fans think that Lewis beat both Alonso and Button it is also easy to follow the logic in this article why he did not...
Hamilton is not one of the greatest drivers.... he is one of the luckiest guys out there. being with a team that is at the top of the list.
Exactly !! We will really measure the guy if one day again he has to pedal a car that isn't the best of the field. Apart from his lucky WDC in 2008, Hamilton didn't exactly set the world on fire at McLaren when they were mid-field material, or did he?
Oh, you mean after Lewis clinched the WC and probably stopped caring so much about the win? Is that what you are referring to? And then the mishaps at the beginning of this year? Remind me, who is leading the WC so far this year? Now that is hilarious. I'm sorry, nobody is "smashing" Hamilton. Your dislike of Hamilton is clouding your judgement. Sure, Vettel is up there, as is Alonso, and Max is quickly rising as well. My money would be on Hamilton. Would you like to bet who wins the WC this year? See response to Daytona above.....
