Seems like it was built in a couple of weeks and now the real waiting. It's a wait I can deal with, though. Just feel incredibly lucky that I ordered it at the end of Feb and it's already to this point. Amazing.
Yeah, I was reading your thread about it. Sorry about that. Not sure why they do things the way they do. But, even my dealer was shocked that mine was finished so quickly. Good news is, we're getting closer! Good luck, mate!
I have only had a chance to drive it once ( last Sunday as it was just delivered last Saturday). However, I sit in it every night after work just to take it all in.....the reality that it is finally here 14 months after the order was placed is just sinking in😊
What was the time from the top picture to the second picture? I got the top picture of my car a week ago.
Well, 14 from when the factory finally ACCEPTED 😊 my order. 2 years from when we visited Tailor Made!!!!!
Got my last picture on Friday only took 7 days to go from the picture with only car shell to finished product. My finished car picture has the wrong rims on the car, my dealer is contacting Ferrari on Monday to see what's up.
It was about a week it seems between th two photos which I thought was weird. But I guess there really are no rules in terms of a real timeline.
Couple of drives. You were more than right. Holy s$#t!!! The power is something I'm trying to wrap my mind around. Have not gotten anywhere near redline, but even at 5,000 rpm with 3/4 throttle, it's properly stout. Makes my old 599 seem weak by comparison. This engine is just epic ( as is the whole care)
The Eagle has landed. Car is in Port in NJ and should be on a truck to L.A. next week. Cannot believe how quickly this happened. I was told no sooner than October!!! More photos to come.
