Santa Monica Airport is hosting a big auction with quite a few Ferraris. On Saturday and Sunday some serious Italian steel is going to change hands. I'll post a few more pictures soon if there is interest.

There is something wrong with the suspension on that car (wheel gaps).

All of the cars that were indoors when I was there , especially the Ferraris , were in better than great shape, like they didn't want to display any clunkers to see when you first came in. better lighting inside this year too. A very nice mix of cars, several I would love to own.

Can you share what the TDF 456M GTA sold for? TI looked at it at the preview and was temped to bid but I need to sell some cars before I bring another one hope.

    Thanks.

Lots of bidding on the 456. Ended up selling for $40k hammer, or $44k all-in. It was an nice car and great colors. Happy to help on the sell side so you don't have to pass on the next one :)

I expected it to go higher - closer to $55-$60 range. Even not having the room for it, I would have snapped it up in the low $40K range.

If someone else out there is selling a 456 in TDF with the piping on the seats in that price range, let me know!

I'm selling my '86 328 GTS. Waiting to see if the one at the auction goes tomorrow.

I was at the Auction Sunday both were very nice but not 100 pt cars mid to high 90s. The right buyers were not there , combined with Brexit fears and very high temps in Los Angeles left most of the nicer cars unsold or ?? Held for sale In Monterey. One noted expert said simply no buyers $ 200,000 and up to 1mil. Prices were a lot lower then I expected !

I think the 365GTC was bid to $750,000. Never know if bids are real or if they were pushed up to try and hit reserve, which in this case I was told was $800,000.

My deal on a silver 365GTC recently fell through as the car had some problems and there were issues getting them sorted. I'm interested in the 330GTC and 365GTC, as I haven't seen them for sale until now. Price points getting interesting. Does anyone have any history on either? Thanks.

I would start with Jake Auerbach(posts #6 and #12 of this thread) to see what Auctions America can provide. If you get serious on either car I would retain Marcel Massini, his research is bankable. Good luck.

    Thanks 375.

Just sent you my contact info Ken. I can shoot you history/additional photographs on both cars and help arrange a PPI should you be so inclined.

    Best,
