Thought I'd offer up something less lofty. Not exactly a fantasy vehicle as you may gather, but an interesting one nevertheless due to the owner who actually spent time wheeling it around. I imagine the sleuths may get a read on this one (and the owner) quickly. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Sherwood green/brown 72 Chrysler New Yorker T&C wagon? Can't imagine who'd drive all that steel and glass.
For the rest of you guys that we keep stepping on, that was John Lennon's Chrysler wagon. John Lennon's Car: A Wagon That Rocks ?n? Rolls - Speedhunters Here's full pic. Hoss and Little Joe and George Jetson. I know this thing except the name of it. I'll never be on Jeopardy
No, it's not a bad accident that happened at the Beechcraft factory with a couple protos. Is, you should know it, or at least about it. It didn't run, but it was associated with some very nice designs. Not American, though related to one US show car.
European. Factory show car. Designer has done some wonderful cars, quirky yet iconic, and have aged far better than this. Bonus if you name 2-3 of his designs, not much of a hunt. This car was early in his career. He isn't British or German, if you couldn't tell. I left the badge on a pic. Not that it's any help at all Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Well played, Is. That was funny. It's the Simca Fulgur. Was supposed to be nuclear powered like Ford Nucleon, only a good number of years prior, and have anti-grav pads with 2 wheels. Its designer was Robert Opron. He did the Citroen SM, Alpine A310, Alfa SZ from 89, Citroen DS facelift, CX, and the GS amongst others. Interesting guy and some epic cars to say the least. Sorry I give history, hopefully it makes up for the battle of the titans Your play Isobel.
Deja vu all over again Gilbern T11 but you get do over. Follow up was the Spohn of the dead, which reminded me of the moss covered Irish T-bird you posted.
I never posted the Shamrock, thought that was you ? That's my second last visit to Brought A Trailer, I' ll have to unearth another Genie.
Forget about BAT. Pull out your old books, magazines, or personal photo collection. Gotta be some rare gems hiding in there somewhere.
Yeah. I gotta dig out some books. Still mostly packed from move. Monica prototype. This any better? Image Unavailable, Please Login
Good one! Could've sworn someone had posted this one before, but a search of this thread for the relevant terms only results in a different car involving some of the same relevant terms. Mind if I take it? Triumph TR3 by Vignale. Even more interesting design from the rear: Image Unavailable, Please Login
Wow. The wheels are telling me Aston Martin, but the flying buttresses are telling me some variant on a Merak. Confusion reigns.
