Anything is possible--Plan on alot of milling, cutting, etc to make them fit--They will not just bolt on...
Should work fine with 30-40 mm spacers on the rear. 355 OEM tire diameter F 225/40 18 = 25.09", R 265/40 18 = 26.35" 430 OEM tire diameter F 225/35 19 = 25.20", R 285/35 19 = 26.85" OEM F430 tires should work too. You only lose half the diameter difference in clearance on the larger diameter tires so 0.25" on the rear and less on the front, which should not be a problem. Wheel widths are the same. No Nothing to do with tire size or bolt pattern. The rear wheels will not fit unless you shave them around 25mm (if memory serves)
I have installed 430 wheels on a 355 for rolling purposes and as they are, the rears not only rub the quarters but the quarters for sure sit and rest on top of the tires. You will need to go with a narrower tires in the back but by doing so, the look becomes funny with the lip of the rear wheels sticking out. They are asking for a nice blue or yellow curb to rub against. Dont pay for it unless u put them on and see it for yourself. Hope the wheels are near where you are. Steve
The answer is most certainly NO, because of the rear wheel primarily. As previously posted, the stock F355 rear wheel is 18x10 with a 77mm offset. The F430 rear wheel is a 19x10 with a 39mm offset (not confirmed, just repeating Tazandjan's info.) You cannot add a rear spacer to make the F430 wheel fit. That would only move the wheel further outboard, not inboard. You would have to mill material off the inside mounting pad of the wheel, as explained by Letsjet, to tuck the rear wheel inside of the fender. The problem is that you cannot safely mill off 25mm from the mounting pad and still maintain enough thickness between the lug bolt seat and the back of the wheel. The cross section becomes pretty thin and you risk eventually cracking the aluminum around the lug bolt seat when you torque down the wheel. Just look at the back of a 360 or 430 rear wheel and you can see how much mounting pad material is there with a standard 39mm offset. Take away 1 inch of that material and you will not only be too thin, but you'd also have to move the wheel to a lathe next and recut the center bore in order to keep the wheel hub-centric. During my quest for different wheels on my car, I contacted a friend who owns a wheel company and previously owned a 360 Modena to ask this exact question. He did the math and told me no, the reduction in cross section would create a serious safety issue.
If the offset information posted by tazandjan is correct, then the F430/Scuderia and 360 rear wheel specs are the same except for the diameter. Is diameter+width and offset the real reason that F430 rims will not fit on the F355? Because I've seen F355s with 360 rims and they "seemed" OK. Based on the info here, however, 360 18" rims on an F355 "could" still pose a problem if you hit a hard enough dip; making the fender come down on top of the rear tire?? --Nick

Okay Okay!!! I've asked you several times to give the details ie: how much was milled off? And you don't seem to want to provide the answer. You've asked for detailed information about things in your post so I thought maybe you wouldn't mind sharing. Or if you don't know the answer than say that. Sorry to burden you.
Should be the same as 360 rims which have been done quite often. Go measure how much room there is between your stock rear tire and the fender lip and subtract that from 39mm and you will have around the amount needed to be milled if you use the same tire width.
As M5Guy said, you can machine off enough material so they fit, however do the engineering. the reduction is cross section will result in a negative safety margin. Just a matter of time before they fail.

surely there's a rim that looks similiar to this that requires no modification to the rim/milling... it's 2012 and the cars been out for all these yrs....
The biggest benefit to me is that 430 rims with tires can be bought for cheap $2-3k, anything aftermarket seems to run about $4-8k without rubber. Plus I really like the 430 wheels. I am worried that milling them will ruin their integrity although others have done it with 360 rims and at least one guy has done it to the 430 wheels. I called one machine shop and asked if they could do it and his exact words were "why in the hell would you want to do that?"
Has anyone had anymore experience since the last post in 2012 with fitting f430 19 inch twin spoke wheels on a f355 .. Has anyone fitted them recently. How much milling - half inch ? One inch ? Any successes or failures ?

The wheels look great. I wonder if any one can add some science to their opinions. Some work ok others say dangerous ! Where is Taz?
I think this was discussed allready with the facts. From memory the offset is wrong and if you make it write the wheel is too thin spec wise i think. Do a search and you should find your answers.
