Went on a drive yesterday with said Huracan, 458, Diablo and others. Nice day for a cruise!
On Saturday (4/2), I spotted a dark gray Lotus Evora driving by Chick-fil-A at approximately 122nd and Webster.
In the last couple of weeks, I've seen a 328 GTS (in Lincoln), orange 997 GT3, grey R8 4.2, Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud, uhm... I think that's it.
The white 2014 GT3 that has been sitting at Woodhouse for a while was stolen earlier this week. Keep an eye out, white 991 GT3 with black wheels and red calipers.
White Maserati GT Black Lamborghini Gallardo Yellow Ferrari 360 White Nissan GTR Black Nissan GTR Yellow Lamborghini Diablo Was also told about a Lamborghini Aventador now in Omaha!
The Dupont Registry says that Porsche of Omaha has a 918 in Riviera Blue: 2015 Porsche 918 For Sale $1,875,000 - 1432696 Only $1.9 million!
^ yep. His health has gotten to a point where he can't even really drive it. I think the plan was always to get the allocation and sell it, hence the current mileage. The other owner's 918 was on the alignment rack last night when I drove through the dealership. Such an impressive looking car.
What was the whack-job doing in Elkhorn? This afternoon I saw a red GTR headed south on 132nd. That car looks so much more normal than, say, a Huracan, which looks like a spaceship next to ordinary traffic. I bet normal people don't even know the GTR is special. That may be one of the GTR's qualities, depending on whether or not the owner wants extra attention or not.
GTR owners that I know (out-of-state) say the only attention they get in that car is from teenage boys and young men primarily - not from girls. Guys know what the car is. Especially all the video game players/fast and furious crew. Any woman can recognize a Bugatti as exotic, or even Lambo/Ferrari as you said.
I know this probably isn't technically an exotic, but I spotted a Tesla Model X at 63rd and Center this evening.
Hmmm....it was being driven by a professional-looking, middle-aged lady. Maybe she's on to something!
In the "Not technically an exotic" category, I saw a sweet restored-looking gold Mercedes 230SL roadster the other day. It was turning right on Center from 192nd.
Also not an exotic: I spotted a red 1990-ish 300zx convertible yesterday on Center St. Those cars are getting pretty rare.
finally spotted the Grey Lambo Huracan on 168th & Center. Other recent spots: Red Ferrari 458 spyder - West Center Rd. Red Ferrari 458 Coupe - 144th & Industrial Red/Black Audi R8 - 168th & Dodge Black Audi R8 spyder - 204th & Dodge Grey Nissan GTR - 80th & O st. Lincoln
Brown/Tan top - Bentley CGT convertible on 56th Black Maserati GT spyder - 40th & O and at least 3 Tesla Model S (not sure those justify as a "spot" any longer)
