Thanks I've been battling some serious skin cancer since last July. Had half dozen surgeries to remove the biggest and unsightly ones and have been taking medication to eradicate the rest which has very similar side effects as chemo treatment. I can deal with the hair loss, cramps and loss of taste and appetite but the drain of energy is what keeps me from putting in the long days like I usually would. The good news is the medication has been working very well and I see the Dr. this Tuesday and hopefully will be able to stop the medication. I went from 29 spots down to 6 at the last visit and those were almost gone. I'm paying the price for a life of working and playing in the sun and will have to stay on top of it from here on out. As for your question on the heat, I don't do anything special. You could probably see it with your eye but it isn't that noticeable. The camera freezes the moment and then you have a longer chance to notice it.
Thanks, I do what I can Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

Love your photos - Daytona AND Sebring! I grew up in Cocoa/Cocoa Beach and really appreciate your coverage of those two venues. Brings back memories from the 60s and 70s even though a lot has changed. All the best for your health.
Thanks! Thanks. The first place I lived after moving out of my parent's house was 7th St in Cocoa Beach so I could go surfing. That was back in 1977. Thanks. This time I didn't get around to getting as many pictures as I would've liked. Of course I was planning on being there Saturday when the action really begins but didn't feel like pushing it. Thanks everyone for the well wishes I went to the Dr. last Tue and out of 29 spots I am now down to two and those were barely measurable. I had the four largest ones on my arms and legs removed by Mohs. The scars look like I was in a slap fight with a velociraptor but I don't care. I'm just glad to have them gone. The Dr said I can stop taking the medication and should feel an increase in energy. The fatigue is what hindered me the most and kept me from putting in those long days out on location taking pictures and doing what I enjoy. In early May I'm booked to shoot a destination wedding in Nicaragua with a bunch of great friends that will also be a surf trip and I'm really looking forward to getting back to my old self and maybe being able to paddle into a few. A few more from my abbreviated 2016 12 Hours of Sebring... Great photos as always! Love the last one. hope you get well soon and I'm glad to hear your treatments are working.
After watching it again I'm guessing the work truck never saw him and the C7.R made the right choice by turning behind him instead of trying to make the smoother ride of the public road. Great driving under unusual circumstances.
