You could probably get apple to just give you a refund if its only 2 weeks old. They allow 2 weeks for returns including open box and if your a few days over I'm sure they'd take it back anyway.
Yep, 14 days you can bring it back for a refund. When the new macbook pros came out last year I picked one up to try. Was thinking of converting our office to Mac. It didn't work out and on day 14 I took it back to the Apple store and walked out in less than 5 minutes with a no questions asked refund. All they did was check to make sure everything was there. Pretty easy with $1700 involved.
