It doesn't actually say how many, though you presume there are at least 4...if that is the case, and including hubs and spinners....that is a stonking deal that would have me reaching for my chequebook without thinking twice......if I lived in the 'states!
I like Boranni wheels a lot too and they look cool on many cars but the design of this series included a totally new alloy wheel which is undeniably unique and beautiful. To retro put unspecified Borannis on a 400 is sacrilege really, disrespectful to the brilliance of such a beautiful design. My Dad has a Morgan with Borannis it looks great by the way! Cheers Alastair
Mitchell you are the only person in the world to be allowed your Borannis. All others should apply to me!!!!!! Because........ I will explain why its daft to put Borannis on a 400. cheers Alastair
I totally agree with your sentiment,Alastair. Borrani's look great on 'curves and chrome' cars of the 40's,50's,60's and very early 70's. After that, you had the advent of almost, zero chrome and the replacement, thanx mainly,to the Federal 5mph impact situation of plastic/rubber look and the colourcoded/blackout look. This is why the USA cars look soooooo awful in comparison to Euro spec cars(I won;t even start on the smog issue). .05c

Hi Simon very thoughtful and informed description on the subject. Its interesting how car design and aesthetics change not necessarily as the designer would have wanted but because of other factors. Definitely Borannis are beautiful and definitely the Cromodora wheels on the 400 are fantastic. Regards Alastair
Very nice, and in the boxes!! This thread reminded me of one of the earlier 400s that I considered back in 2008, located in Tempe AZ. In spite of being an automatic, I thought it was a lovely car, until I got more, closer pics and saw the serious cancer above the windshield. Was supposedly ordered new from Ferrari with a full set of Borranis, all five. Ser# a little after mine: 23999 (still carbs, too) Looked stunning on them. I wonder where this car is now.
