You mean I could have gone to this instead of the Auto Fair! Ugh, the AF was a total bomb.

Well, with weather reports all over the map (10%, 20%, 60%, 100%) Friday evening and Saturday morning, we forged ahead and it paid off. While it was drizzly all day with some light rain here and there, CAFE showed it's perseverance and dedication with 20 Ferraris on display (and one Miura we let slip in down at the end). Thanks to those who have already posted some great photos from the day!

We had examples covering nearly five decades ranging from a 1967 330 GTC to a 2015 California T.

Morrison again was a great host venue and the area only gets nicer each year with the maturing trees down the street. Huge thanks go out to John Abel and Jay Britton who helped with the set up, registration, and break down.

As always, a number of folks from Automotive International were there to offer assistance to anyone who had a question regarding their Ferrari or just "talk shop". Afterwards of course, they once again made sure no one went home hungry that evening with some great BBQ and fixins at their facility off Old Pineville Road.

Foreign Cars Italia brought out a beautiful yellow F430 Spider and Jeff Trepel was on hand with his vast collection of Italian car literature for perusal and purchase. Charlotte's newest venture, Queen City Dream Cars, had a full tent set-up informing everyone about high end luxury and exotic rental opportunities coming to Charlotte in November (you'll be hearing more about this from me soon).

And of course, there is still the voting results to cover:

    Best Vintage:
    Glenn Butler - 1972 Dino 246 GTS

    Best Classic 8-Cylinder:
    Mark Merkel - 1986 328 GTS

    Best Modern 8-Cylinder:
    Duncan McPherson - 2008 430 Scuderia

    Best 12-Cylinder:
    Kevin Fielden - 1976 512 BB

    Best in Show:
    Duncan McPherson - 2008 430 Scuderia

Once again, thanks to everyone who came out to make our 10th Annual Ferraris at Morrison a success!

    - Kevin

Thanks David! Next year we'll look to have a yellow Challenge and some examples from the "Ibrahim Collection"!
