Wasn't Peterson like the highest rated player on the board according to Yahoo? (or at least in the top 5)?

My draft was graded as a B by yahoo

Maybe if Andy's Perfect Team purchases a lift kit and some giant tires for this roster it won't seem so average. The playoffs are not out of reach for this team, but it will require some effort. They are projected to finish seventh in FerrariChat.com II with a record of 6-7-0 (1,404 points). They obviously understand how important the running back position is in fantasy football. They used three of their first five picks on RBs Le'Veon Bell (first round), Jeremy Hill (second round), and Alfred Morris (fifth round). They landed the lowest-scoring group of WRs in the league, as they have Jordan Matthews, DeAndre Hopkins, Jeremy Maclin, and Nelson Agholor for their rotation.

    Yep

    <<< What Rob said.

You ALWAYS want to pick in the middle - 5th or 6th (if 12 teams).

I am in a league with only 6 teams, in the past Yahoo backfills a league with
6 bogus teams to make it 12 teams and autodrafts for them.
This year that did not happen - we have 6 teams and the draft was AWESOME!
Every team is loaded, with a loaded bench.

I created a league on ESPN with a couple other guys from a different site and found six teams worked out very well....managed to not only nab Gronk as my starting TE (as long as he catches 3 TDs each week and the Pats still lose, I'll be happy :)) but also Greg Olsen as a starting flex player. Not liking how Yahoo autodrafted my team in your league though :(

I hate the small number leagues, even FerrariChat II with 10 teams because everyone gets A level players in almost every position.

I feel the opposite. A few years ago I was in a league with 16 teams. It sucked because you had so many players on your team who also sucked. So it was no fun watching games when most of your players were slugs and rarely touched the ball.

The other thing I like that I know you don't care for is the flex position. For me it just adds more interest and excitement to the week, and well, more flexibility. :)

I am in 3 leagues this year, one of them has just 6 teams, now the question is which stud
to bench. Whoulda think Adrian Petersen would get zip playing a SF team with what was
thought to be a deeply depleted defense, with half the team gone?
And Calvin Johnson getting next to nothing against San Diego?

    I wish I could have had a two-tight-end lineup.

I got beat by a QB who should have been DQ for 4 weeks. Boo.

That's because Indy went for two twice, and with an XP being from 35 yards,
my guess is more teams will go for two in the future.

I'm in a league where the Flex can also be a TE.
As far as a QB that should be suspended, we don't want to open
that can of worms, do we? Since when do you have to prove you
are innocent? NOBODY PROVED HIM 'guilty'.

Bounty's 40 oz Crew didn't even set lineup in FerrariChat II, he will never make it back to first league like that. :)

My team is putting up far more points than expected over the past two weeks. I won't take credit, it's just random luck.

Sure, all you have to do is destroy the evidence.

“Brady’s refusal to provide us with his own emails, text messages and phone records on relevant topics, in response to our narrowly tailored requests, limited the evidence available for our review and analysis.”

But the point was, on that week, I lost due to the presence of a guy who should have been on suspension. I hope he gets hit by a meteorite.

Guys, I have a RB problem! I have too many good ones and they are usually hard to come by. I can't believe #1 DreamWeavers dropped one of the best RB's in LeSean McCoy. I know he will be out 3-4 weeks, but he's still a RB1 and 98% owned.

Look through my RB's, if anyone heavy on WR or TE's and needs a RB or two, propose a trade.

Jeremy Hill - 24 points this week
Thomas Rawls - Marshawn Lynch backup, will kill it tonight!
Doug Martin - 19 points this week
Alfred Morris - 87% owned "Morris is on pace for 264 carries for 1,044 yards."
Todd Gurley - 15 points this week
LeSean McCoy - back 3-4 weeks, projected 12+ points a week as leagues few RB1's!

"Dayum!", began team owner & chief bottle washer Fast_Ian as he realized his auto-drafted team had become the only 4-0 team in the league!

"We've probably been a little fortunate a couple of times with different guys posting monster numbers, but hey, we'll take it!"

    :)

    Cheers,
    Ian

Finally, I won a game. Maybe next year I'll be more competitive when I actually know what the hell I'm doing :) (this was the first fantasy league I'd ever joined)

    Bring it on! ;)

"Undefeated thru 6 games! Nobody within two games! Woot!" noted team principal Fast_Ian after yet another MNF comeback.

He continued, "it may be bad karma to ask, but how is it possible that a dumb Brit - who grew up with "real" football (;)) can be handing out such a spanking to the natives!?"

"There's a long way to go yet, but for sure we'd rather be 6-0 than anything else" was his conclusion.

    :)

    Cheers,
    Ian

I'll consider a trade of either TE Greg Olsen or TE Gary Barnidge (both have scored big for me this year!) for a good RB in league II...

sorry Yin! thought you had it, no one would guess NY Giants would just score once and single PAT. I'm rooting for you to win one! :)

Hey Mike (DreamWeavers), thanks for dropping LeSean McCoy a couple weeks ago! :D
