    It's been for sale for over a year iirc. But what a beaut it is. Funny thing is he wants a bigger one because this is too small. He's ordered another oceanco which is only 18 feet longer :D

    Maybe. Could also be a tax thing, and the extra 18ft is the ''excuse''. IIRC there are different rules once you go over 12 passengers.

    For some it's cheaper to buy a new yacht ;).

    Depreciation curve I imagine for taxes if so, it is 5 years old...I understand he uses it quite a bit...and i think it was available for charter which would also be a tax benefit...

    A better measure of yachts like this is displacement. 18 feet longer means nothing and it could be a significantly bigger boat.

    Agree. If anybody has earned it it's him. He turned movie making on it's head starting with Dual. What a great movie. If you havent seen it watch it. Jaws was great, but I think dual was better..
