Interesting... I think it originally only had single headlights. This is the car at the 1956 Geneva show. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Here is a new one. The marque should be very easy to identify, but what model and coachbuilder? Image Unavailable, Please Login
1913 Rolls Royce Silver Ghost chassis #2366 with body by Steuart (Calcutta, India). Your photo was taken in 1972, and the car was yellow (see my pics of the same car below). Today, this body is fitted to 1925 Silver Ghost chassis #82EU (below in black and blue). [EDIT: Let me add that the identity of the coachbuilder might be in question. I'm also attaching an image from the book Rolls-Royce by George Bishop, where the author states that the body is a Barker design constructed by an Indian firm named Khan. In addition to this, there are several other claims posted on Rolls Royce forums identifying different coachbuilders that are supposedly responsible for this body. I'm sticking with Steuart, however.] Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Next one. Like yours, the marque shouldn't be too difficult to ascertain. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Funny you should say that. In my opinion, this particular coachbuilder committed even more heinous crimes against Ferraris than Colani.
Looks like we've stalled again, so here are some hints: - Italian car (wheels are a total give-away) - European coachbuilder. There are Ferraris out there that were (unfortunately) bodied by this same guy. - This thing doesn't look too bad from the rear, but the front end is an entirely different story.
Haha! Too close to home for this board. I'll leave it alone, though, and see if someone else recognizes it.
