I'm not worried. Great car at a great price. Can't go wrong.
This HAS to be frustrating for you. Maybe the next one will be the charm and you can finally get out of the car selling business.
I've been buying and selling for years. I just bought a 1970 Chevelle 396. Red with Black stripes and the Cowl Induction hood. All original numbers matching car. She will go up for sale in a couple of years when I'm done. I'm not a dealer by any means but I do like to change it up........
This car has ALL of the original SMOG equipment and it all WORKS. It just passed an emissions test 6 months ago in New York (almost as bad as Cali). I bet it would pass in California as well. Also, it just had a PPI done by Terry Myr.
Hard to Believe isn't it. Don't be afraid of a little service guys. After all, these cars are only 32 years old!
That is an option and I have thought of it. The only problem is the time starts ticking the moment it is done. The car is already discounted enough without it. I'd have to charge $2,000 more if I get it done. I have said from the begining that I can sell it either way. With or without the service. Cheer, Marlon
Sometimes buyers want everything put together before they buy something. Same like a house. A renovated house can sell faster than the one that needs work. Food for thought.
Amazing to see the prices 308s are going for these days! Must be a healthy market out there, wish I had hang on to mine a little longer and made double my money in less than a year. Market forces , wild.
