Allot of guys have long paid there cars off and just want to freshen it up or wipe out multiple paint repairs. The guys that are just buying the cars now are doing color changes because they can't find the color they want with limited inventory. Finding a Berlinetta is hard enough these days let alone in the specific color you want. There also not really collectable yet so most guys don't care about value all that much vs having exactly what they want. Thats just based off what guys signing up for paint jobs are telling me.

Because the chances of finding an F1 Berlinetta in Canna di Fucile in perfect condition is essentially nonexistent.

Too bad; spending so much time, efforts and $$$ to make a perfect car you like then sell it ????

It's not a big deal. If I felt like keeping it I would. No one is stealing my car, so I wouldn't feel too sorry for me.

Incredible work. This truly might be the very best F355 out there for sale.

Shocked if this car would be put on track after this beautiful work (roll cage). But each to their own.

I've done plenty of track time. It totally tears up cars.

I would not totally agree. There are various factors to make that statement true. Restored or new car these are built to be driven aggressively basically tracked

I don't disagree as much with new cars. It still puts a lot of wear and tear on them. The cars I tracked were leased and I wouldn't subject a car I planned to keep to that type of wear. When it comes to classic cars, even my CS, I would never subject them to the track environment. They are built to perform on the track, but that doesn't mean it doesn't take a toll on them. Tires, brakes, etc are replaceable, but the extreme forces to the chasis and body of the vehicle will show up in creaking, etc. not to mention the constant pelting of your vehicle from sand and debris frying off the guys grippy tires in front of you. Assuming you don't have the place to yourself. Just my opinion.
