    Great looking GT3. I think the only real "knock" on the 991 GT3 is the lack of a manual tranny. Porsche purists were pissed and this had them going into 997.2 GT3s and driving the prices of these up.

    I have a scud and bought a .2 gt3 last winter. It is a very nice car with a great transmission. It does not stand out like the scud, no one has rushed over to get a picture of it when I stop at a gas station. Very fun to drive but not as quick as the scud. The scud also goes quickly very easy, the gt3 takes more effort to drive fast.

    I agree with you that the Scud grabs attention very easily. My GT3 is brand new so i couldnt push it hard to compare performance yet. Need to break it in. Although the few times i reached the rpm of 6 (peaks at 9) it was exhilarating. And taking corners it is very well planted.

    Is the front end of a GT3 lower than a scud?
    I have a GT3 for delivery January and did not order front lift. I dont think I need it for my scud but when I saw it in the dealership, it seems to be lower.

    My scud and .2 gt3 are parked next to each other and the gt3 is lower.

    Yes the GT3 is lower. I already scraped the GT3 on a speed bump that the Scud never touched even with a passenger on board. I used the lift numerous times now. Truly worth the extra $
