    I have a 95 F355. There are three terminals in the engine compartment box that contains the plus terminals. Does it matter which terminal you use to connect the plus side of the battery charger?

    I always use the middle one for some reason.

    The three terminals come off a common bus bar so it really would not make a difference. One (rear?) is from the battery while the other two connect to the alternator and starter motor independently. This arrangement allows the starter and/or alternator to be disconnected without disconnecting the battery as opposed to have them all stacked up on a common post.
