I’ve owned this car for the past 6 or so years and drive it regularly with no problems whatsoever. I purchased it from F-chatter Bushwhacker and can say it has been and is still a thrill a minute ride. I must be crazy for selling this thing! I recently aquired a 348 spider from a family member and unfortunately have not enough garage space for everything. This is a very hard decision to come to as the TB is a superior car to the spider and tons more fun to rip around in. The TB is for ripping up the streets or track and terrorizing old ladies while the spider is good for valet parking at the Prada store or sitting at a concours. Because it’s a family situation I have to keep the spider. Don’t get me wrong the spider is great but this TB is freakin awesome. The last major service with water pump was performed by Eugenio’s in California in October of 06 at 21,533 miles. I don’t subscribe to the 3-5 year scare tactics by Ferrari so normally do my majors around 7 years and keep on top of everything in between. I had planned on doing a major this summer but decided the new owner might want to do it themselves or have their own mechanic do it. That said I’m a bit flexible on price. Don’t miss this chance to own a well sorted TB with lots of upgrades and a bit of F-chat history. Get it now because I’m likely to change my mind…..again. $45,000 entertaining serious offers. An amazing example of the 348TB and truly a fine example of the marque. Pristine in every way combined with all the aftermarket goodies one would want as described above make this car highly desirable. Expertly maintained to the highest standards, you would be hard pressed to find a better car at any price anywhere on the planet.
Boy, just mailed deposit on another Fcar yesterday, hmmm…. how can I swing both. I know my bank would loan me the money-LOL! Looks like a hell of a buy! GLWS
A favorite pic I took of the 348 before I sold it to Copterjohn. Also a couple of illustrations I did of the car. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
A clean 348 TB is a thing of beauty. For me, I'd change the wheels for the challenge versions and be very very happy. GLWS
I love this car, I just wish I had the money for it because I would buy it up so fast. But...John, you know you have to post my photos for it to sell! Also, I sat in it, so the value went up. I am tempted to buy it and park it next to my TR if my TR does not sell. At least that way, I will have daughter/mother look alike cars in my garage... And that means my Vette has to go...
Thanks Greg! I should probably mention that the car is located in sunny Phoenix, Az. A quick plane ride outta California into Sky Harbor Airport then 20 minutes drive to the cars location.....Of course you can also drive over but why not fly in, get your new toy and drive it home. That's what I did, in reverse.
John, you have babied and taken such good care of that Ferrari over the past 5+ years that I have known you. It sure is the nicest TB I have ever seen. Are you sure you wanna sell it? Convince the wife to keep both; You could have his and her's Red Ferrari's in the garage. That would be awesome!!
Well, it looks as if this car will be going to a new home this coming week. I am very excited for the new owner, I think he will be thrilled. In the unlikely event the deal goes sideways I should mention that I removed the test pipes and put stock cats on. So now she's smog legal. Oh, the cats came off my 8,000 mile spider so they're pretty dang fresh. They're basically kittens...LOL
