All consumables and fluids are fresh, and the car is ready to drive and enjoy. Cosmetically, the car is outstanding, with the exception of 2 very minor flaws. There is a small scuff on the passenger side rear wheel, and there is a small scratch on the passenger side door sill. These occurred while the car was being transported recently. Both are trivial and easy to fix, but neither has bothered me enough to do so. If you are seriously in the market for a V8 Esprit, you are also likely aware that there are several available currently for considerably less than the price I am asking for mine. However, if you are looking for an original, unmodified, late-edition, Esprit --- I honestly believe you will also not find one in better condition than this one --- and particularly in this highly desirable color combination. So, I strongly encourage you to go look closely at all the other lower priced V8 Esprits out there before you look at this one. As I am confident that once you do compare, you will easily be able to appreciate the difference in quality, which justifies the difference in price. This Esprit needs absolutely nothing ----- except a new home !! Car is located in Des Moines, Iowa. Contact me via PM with serious inquiries only, please. I will be happy to discuss the car in detail with you. Thank you, David

Best looking esprit yr in my book-and this one is sweeeeeeeeeet. Anybody know if red interior was an option on these?
Thanks for the kind compliments on the car everyone ! It is still for sale, btw And, yes, red interior was a spec available from Lotus for the Esprit V8 throughout the whole production run (1997-2003) ---- although it is extremely rare. Personally, I have only seen one V8 that had a silver exterior / red interior combo, and that one (a MY 2001 or 2002, IIRC) actually traded hands here in the US (US spec car) a year or so ago.
You got that right ! I've owned a lot of exotics over the years, and I can honestly say that the V8TT Esprit is easily the best bang for the buck in the high end car world. It is a shame that more people don't take of advantage of trying one out for themselves. And, they are so rare, especially in the US, that driving one is a truly special (and attention demanding) experience.
Hi, I am interested, please email me when you have a moment: Andrew at lbilimited.com Car looks fantastic!
I have a friend that was looking for one just sent him the pics I will pass along your info to him if he is interested
No, I am not a dealer --- private owner. I bought the car from a private dealer in Indianapolis --- most of the exterior photos are actually ones taken at that time.
