    If Hendon Way Motors presented the car for sale without addressing very minor issues such as the missing Dino wheel centre caps and fitting the rear bumpers, as in the pictures of their advert, I'd be surprised if they sold it at all.

    Precisely. They had it for sale at £149k for almost four years. There's a feature on it in Classic Car Magazine, I think in February 2009.

    If it's gone up in value by £100k in the last year.......??

    As per a previous poster - Hendon Way Motors had it for sale at £130K several years ago, certainly earlier than 2009!

    I don't think someone could get that plate issued in my state. We've got nannies running our licensing division. Hell, one time I tried to get a plate, WPC 666 (Watts Per Channel 666) and the license agent refused to give it to me - she said "It is the mark of the Beast." NO JOKE. I managed to get WPC 999 instead.
