    Good stuff Paul
    just to clarify is that
RHD 400GT 27 made up of 21 UK imported and 6 for the rest of the world?

It may get complicated by the possibility that UK imported 21 Cars were re exported!!!

I got the 21 number of UK imported cars from Marranello.

Any thoughts or knowledge on that?
    Regards
    Alastair

Don't have more than what I've written.
I m interested in all UK production numbers, to update my files and check what I ve got.
I could have registered RHD 400GT as RHD 400 Auto.. There aren't always pictures of the interior and auctions house often mistake about that !

    Agree Paul
theres a lot of mistakes when identifying the cars especially with adverts and then you see the photos and get the real info.
I am positive on the 147 Factory production worldwide
21 UK right hand drive imports
    6 rest of the world??!!!
making that 120 left hand drive 400GT produced worldwide?

Yes, by a very talented fellow in Texas. First manual gearbox 400, the first cars were automatic.
@dinopaul Interesting, my claim is from a list I had seen here at one time, http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=315356&highlight=20789
I believe 20789 was the subject of an old thread, a car languishing outdoors in Dallas,TX. I think it was silver then.
It's body, now with a sloppy gold paint job was advertised on Craig'slist, the link posted to a thread here about two years ago. I briefly owned it intending it as wall art and a reserve of spares for my own. A number of factors conspired against this and it was sold on to a fellow in the Boston area who stated intentions to re-chassis and repower it. An ambitious project.

Hello from Scotland Simon your weather will be better than ours here thata for sure.

Do you know for sure these numbers are
400GT (manual gearbox, carbueretted) not 400 (auto carbueretted) or 400i (FI) any more info on whether RHD or not would be great.

    Regards
    Alastair

Alastair, yes beaming sunshine and about 26C at the moment:1015 AM.

This is straight out of the register you receive as a new member,or,you can purchase a new one about every 5 years.
All the cars I put up read:400GT.
I was under the impression that they would all be carby/manual.I didn't/don't know if there were any auto GT's.
All the injected car's are signified as such;400i.
There is record of auto with these :400A

Wayne's/Tassie's car is not on the register under his name, indeed(I've just checked)it does'nt appear at all on the register. This can be for several reasons:compilers don't know of it's existence, could have been brought in from O/S.

The current register was compiled for 2009.

My 365 is just about to emerge from 7 months' in the paint shop.
Should have some pics in a week or so.
    Cheers Simon.

Right thats it ime moving to Australia! its freezing here.
That would be 6 400GT in Austaralia including Tassies interesting. Maybe some of the numbers are 400 autos. Maybe Paul can also check to see if the chassis numbers match.

very good on the paintshop emergence look forward to seing some photos well done. Me too just done paint and the cars at final MOT readying stage so should be picking up in the next couple of weeks cant wait.

lets see if any other info comes in on the exact specs of your list
    In meantime
    Regards from Scotland

    Alastair,
Yes mine is indeed a 400 GT, 22569, originally English till I rescued it to the sunshine and bright lights of Australia. Still Blu Scuro.
FYI I also have a 400iGT, 30719 and 412GT, 61431, both also rescued from that dreary place. And if you move to Tasmania you get the best driving roads on the planet and only 5 min from your door. Ask Simon.
    Simon,
Sorry, I have not updated the register for a while, been busy rescuing damsels in distress.
