I really like it. I wonder if the license plate "NO PRIUS" is available.
as promised some b-mak iphone pics: I really like the race car. can't wait to see this in action. depsite P1 (and largely, P2) being vacant classes, ALMS GT will have Porsches, Ferraris, Corvettes, BMWs, Lotuses (Loti?), Astons, and now Vipers by the end of the year. giggity. here's an article from the ALMS website: http://www.alms.com/articles/snake-bit-srt-viper-returning-alms%E2%80%99-gt-class Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Gorgeous. I see hints of Aston One-77 in the headlights, and the taillights sort of remind me of those on the Maserati Granturismo. I agree, I do see some 599 in it as well. What a great looking car.
You mean a 50k car ordered with 50% automatics is going to outsell a 100k viper? Shocking. It will be interesting to see the sales figures when the new 'vette Zr1/Z06 is released compared to the Viper. I think the new vette looks terrible--way too boxy for my liking. IMO of course, but I would take the Viper over a Zr1, also looking forward to seeing how well this does in racing.
lurking in the shadows.... stolen from Ryan Hunter-Reay's twitter page; apparently he'll be racing the Viper this year (most likely Petit LeMans) Image Unavailable, Please Login
http://www.motorauthority.com/news/1075087_2013-srt-viper-makes-debut-with-640-horsepower-v-10 My friend with his SRT10 was there at the NY Auto show for the unveiling and he loves it, tweeted about 50 photos of it lol I am a fan of it, interior is okay, should be a well rounded car.
Yes, its nice. Nice work on the FIAT Viper But is it faster than the Ferrari F12 ? Image Unavailable, Please Login
I'm with Jerry in thinking Gen 2 was better looking. It just has too much surface treatment that doesn't seem to go anywhere or do anything. Visually, it's a big disappointment given what they had to start with.
The street model REALLLLLYYYY needs those driving lights. Really curious as to the SRP and what the vert will look like.
agree, that makes the front end look so much more aggressive. and IIRC the 1st gen Vipers had driving lights in that location, so why not stick with tradition?
I agree with Jerry - very 599 to me, with a Corvette Z06 front. But the car's stance is way improved over the Gen I / II, and I must say is quite fetching.
I have a feeling the new Viper will look great in person. I do agree with everyone here that it should have the driving lights.
Spectacular! Ferrari should be ashamed with what the f12 offers for 4 times the price. Viper actually seems more exotic
