Take the plastic ones and make a sand casting mold, then heat up a batch of aluminum.....

Well look what I found. Now I just need to clean them up a bit. Should I leave them aluminum or should I power coat them black wrinkle finish? Any suggestions?

I powder coated mine black. It looks ok, not that anyone will see them once they are in.

    Very very nice!!

There are repro plastic ones being made now, but they are never going to even approach the durability of the original metal ones. Hold onto it tightly :)

    Hi Sir Jerry,

I am going to swear now **%$$$££**, I feel slightly better :D :D.

Prosport are about 20 miles away from where I live, in fact I sold them a 575 part about 5 months ago!!!

Thanks for letting me know the cost, it helps plan the purchase!

I will give them a call in the New Year.

    Best regards,
    Phil.
