    When do you do things that cause you to Lol at yourself?

    Driving to work this morning in Horse (yes, in Horse!), I looked down at the DASHBOARD to see what gear I was in.

    One car has a footpedal for the parkbrake but when I drive the other car I still go for it, even though it has a conventional one.

    Driving a rental in New Caledonia, I tried to change gear using the window winder.

    Same here! Damn family Kia has one.. nothing worse stamping leg into empty space on parking when in another car.. derr.

    Also windscreen wipers and indicators when swap LHD and RHD.. and confusingly BMW when in RHD here *still* left hand stalk.. derr. Like what country and what car am I in today? lol

    OK, you are in the driver's seat. It's on the left hand side - are you with me? You reach with your usual gearchanging hand - the left one - and find that you grab the window winder knob on the driver's door. It's a Citroen and .............. OK, you got it.
