I've seen a few Batmobiles. It would be fun until you wake up the second day and realize you have an expensive, completely useless, fake, clown car.

It's a replica of something that wasn't real to begin with.

My guess would be to basically say it wasn't some random Joe with a welder in his back yard making the chassis and some place that know how to make a tube chassis for cars? Other than that no clue

First thing I read was "Putsch Engineering" and was wondering could it possibly be ?

    What the heck.
    Go for it.
At least he's not sitting around licking his wounds inflicted here.

    F1 driver ?
    Batmobile ?
    Why not ?
I would stay away from rocket packs.

Super heavy, and not very powerfull. They had to use fast foward in action shots to make it look like it was fast.

I am Batman, and the lack of visibility does not bother me because...well, because I AM BATMAN.

ps. the car in the ad is not mine.

Well, at least the one that's not feeding through the ejection port./nitpick over.

Hell yeah I'd drive it if I had an extra 165k...but I'd have to move that ammo belt. I'm so anal.

Yes, I built the Batmobile simply for an engineering exercise and fun. It is a very drivable and a nice replica. Rear visibility is no problem as it has a high-definition monitor showing video from visible light and infra red cameras out the rear of the car. I have even parallel parked it in downtown Columbus.

I even towed my Toyota Atlantic car with it to Mid-Ohio. Glad some of you like it, it is certainly fun to drive and was helpfull as it provided pit support for my Atlantic car with AC power, compressed air, and laptop computer support.

I was planning on towing my race bike with it too, but decided not to as I didn't want the attention to distract from my motorcycle racing fun.

    Sincerely,

    That guy ;)
