Ferrari 330 P4 / 350 Can-Am Offered For Sale

If Ferrari is to be believed a 350 Can Am.

Very Old News. This car has been for sale at a silly price
for a long time.

 

It was on display at the Galleria Ferrari in Maranello a couple of weeks ago. Needless to say the Ferrari hostess wasn't quite accurate with her description of the car.

I stopped bidding at 5mm e.
(I would not pay that amount today)

The Top Bid was alleged to be higher.

For some reason, even though my bid was substantially below the bid on the screen, before the car was declared NS. Rob tried to get me to to raise my bid (Which is his Job) which I didn't.

I did ask him why he was working on me instead of the person who had the bid on the screen.

perhaps he didn't think he could convince the high bidder to outbid himself? ;-)

 

A few years back there was a similar car seized in the US by the IRS, It was going to be auctioned off, but I think the owner got it back.

 

Same car, same owner.
