Enjoyed the great content on here - and only recently signed up - but lurking for a while! - blown away by stephen mitchell's GTO vids! Reason for post was that we have on old video we took back in 1998 of colin crabbe's 500 trc with V12 lump - saw it marketed it at DK last year - presume it has gone to fulfill it's destiny as his pension. Anyway - describing colin as a larger than life legend who found and raced some spectacular cars does not really do him justice and after a spectacular lunch at his home a couple of us from work got a ride in his 500. enclose a link to the video below - sorry if it's a repost! http://www.youtube.com/racecartv#p/u/15/b9bCUFz9hFE
Colin was nice enough to call me once regarding an order I had placed at his Compleat Automobilist...sadly I could not speak to him too much at the time as my daughter had just been born a few minutes previously!
Very nice little video; thanks. I think DK did several 2+2 rebodies of this ilk; is this one of their examples, or a real TRC?
