Dear Ferraristi, ...not bad for a 9th post ! ...and yes, that is THE garage !!! ...that's my thinking too. The screened Lanai is definitely a Florida trait. The lack of Royal Palms makes me think west coast....Naples? Shamile Freeze....Miami Vice !
...I have to admit I laughed when those photos were posted. As mentioned before, I really do think that's internet history. I can almost say positively that the first photo is the ONLY photograph of that garage on the interwebz. There has to be information about this person that would not leak identity. I'm talking mostly about location and the list of cars included in his collection. The individual's name is of no real importance in what were all curious about... _J
Ferrarifan333- well done! those photos have answered a nagging question for me. What was the purpose of that garage door setup? Nominate as one of the top ten posts of the year, although more pictures would be nice.
For sure one of the best posts of the year. 1) Claiming firsthand knowledge on one of the most popular and envied garage pics on probably all of the internet. 2) Getting called out. 3) Backing it up and providing more shots of the cars. So, my question...what is Ferrari inventory of this dream garage? Thanks for the pics and welcome to F-Chat.
I love the look of the garage as much as the cars on it. Incredible....I'm also thinking West Coast of Florida. Has that Naples look to it.....
Ferrarifan333, Thank you very much for the additional pics. I was the original one who posted that small picture of his "garage" or "museum", whatever you want to call it, LOL. I've had that pic for a long time and I've always wondered who's Ferrari collection it was, because to me, it's always been my "ultimate dream garage/museum." I would absolutely die to see that collection in person, which I'm assuming you already have, judging from the pictures you've posted. Private message me if you can and we'll talk, cause I understand he's a very private person, from what you said previously. I would love to speak with you candidly if you could grant me some of your time. Thanks again. Take care and have a great week!! Forza Ferrari! Ciao! Mark
Looks like Enzo, F50, F40, 275, 250 ( testa ????? really hard to tell and not a GTO) it's convertible, 512bb ( that one is tough it's got a rear end I don't know ) I don't like red Ferrari's but that group looks pretty fricking good.
He's been around since 2008. Another thank you to FM. Would love if you could share some more information on the garage.
Yeah, its the 250? Testa? that I am most curious about. I saw Ralph Lauren's 250 Testa Rossa when it was on display at the MFA Boston and it was amazing. The vents over the front tires on the 512 caught my attention as well. From the angle in the original shot I thought it was a 288. The positions are switched in the other pics so maybe 333 can clear it up for us. PS, H20, I lived out in a Seattle for a while and could swear I've seen a couple of your white rides running around. I have a white Cayenne GTS. Don't see white too much on a Ferrari but I think it looks great.
I'm questioning my 250 Testa guess because I've seen a couple of them and it doesn't have the same front end wheel wells. I was hoping someone more versed in the 250's could tell me for sure. See attached 250 Testa's front wheel wells. Just doesn't look the same. It would fit perfect in that garage. He needs a 275 Nart Spyder to complete that place LOL like it needs more. It just doesn't look like a 250 testa. Doesn't really have the exact lines. You've I'm sure have seen any of my 3 driving around. They get lots of miles Image Unavailable, Please Login
That looks like it could be a 500 Mondial, or a 750 Monza. The first pic is the 500 Mondial and the second is the 750 Monza Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Yeah, the 250 cuts away a little sharper behind the tire. After looking at pic #1 again, I think it is a 288 GTO in front of the Enzo. The side mirror is red where on the 512BB it is black. And the vents are consistent with a GTO. What a collection! Every one of my dream classic Ferraris except a 250 SWB. Probably out driving that one so no photo. I think I spotted you on Mercer Island doing the loop a while back.
I bet that 750 monza is it. That looks close. I really hesitated to put 250 down. Just couldn't leave 1 car off the list. Thanks
Awesome, but I would think that the humidity to sustain that tropical conservatory/greenhouse, would not be very good for some of those classics in the garage area.
I think you owe somebody some money, LOL. Thank you for sharing these pictures sir. Very nice collection and what a museum!
That's not a 288 though it would fit. No indents in the door and the mirrors look a lot different to me Image Unavailable, Please Login
I think we are refering to different cars. The one in the front bottom of this photo. You can't see the door. See the mirror painted in body color. Nice pic of the white GTO. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Exactly. That one is a car I've not listed. I would agree that's a 288 gto. Why wouldn't he have a 288 His friends would call him a Cheap A$$ LOL So I'd think the other is still a 512BBi or something so I didn't account for that 288. I guess as far as collections go it's ok but why not a 250 testa Looking Closer that appears to be a 250 Testa Model in front of the Enzo
