I'm about to tackle building a new magnaflow stainless exhaust system. I've got superformance headers. The headers have 3-bolt flanges with a 2" center hole and 2.5" between the bolt holes. Does anyone know of a source for these in stainless? I can make some if necessary, but it is easier to buy off the shelf if I can.

I've purchased from Burns Stainless in the past and they seem to offer flanges.

looks like they have a 2 x 2-5/8, but maybe they can do something custom if yours is 2 x 2-1/2...

I know stainless has it's cosmetic advantages but often overlooked is fabrication in cold rolled steel and having it (them) chrome plated. A definite plus if welding is necessary. Chromed parts discolor less with heat looks sharper. Downside is choosing the proper plating since chrome is available in many flavors dictating proper undercoat and not all are happy in heat.

Try any of the stainless exhaust manufacturers e.g. Larini, Borla.
