    ......Can you folks recommend a repair facility for my 348 in the Detroit area??? I had a minor collision with an animal.....Cauley is doing the paint work, but the insurance company and Cauley can't come to an agreement on the minor mechanical that needs to be done. L-O-N-G story.......

    Are you sure Cauley is not farming the paint work out to Auto Metrics? I have a great independent over here in Spring Lake if you can get it here.

    Hello

    After getting my first Ferrari last fall, I had been looking for some time for a good local mechanic. I've been advised of Motorwerks in the W. Bloomfield/Commerce Twp area of Haggerty and Pontiac Trail. I spoke to the owner and he used to own a 328 and a 348, and they do have a few used Ferraris for sale, and he works on Ferraris. www.motorwerksgroup.com is the website. Good luck.

    motorwerks repaired 348spiderman's 348 before. I think he was pleased.

    If you have not found a facility...My recomendation goes to Terry Myr in Port Huron..he is by the far one on the best in the country...PM me if you need his info..will pick no charge from Detroit area...MO

    When I had my 308 GTS I always took it to V & W Auto Works on west side Gratiot just north of 696. Neno is the owner first class and knows the business.

    Jerry...at one time Terry had an F1 car,a 275 gtb 4 cam and a 375mm...and is well known by all ferrari experts in this country....I checked him out...MO

    If you're on the eastside I recomend V&W Imports on Gratiot. Nino and Jerry Vitale. Jerry actually worked in the Ferrari factory before they immigrated to the U.S.
