as to the ferrari dealership - it is said it is auto viva who wants to sell ferraris, but as we can see now, not through an official dealership

I just came back from one week in Poland. Warsaw has changed a lot, and it's crazy how there actually IS a big difference between Wawa and other cities. Something i haven't noticed last time i was in Warsaw (5 yrs ago).

also the guys from streetracing romania seem to make a very impressive buzz on the net for the past few weeks. Way to go.

Let me guess you just come back from a party or you have heavy insomnia.

Nice mini project, i like the idea a lot.

About Warsaw and Poland overall, i believe from now on i will come more often, and by road with one halt in Prague and one halt in Bielsko (my hometown). noticed its a similar distance from france and from switzerland. it will be quite different if it's done from England (then a halt in Berlin, but it seems more boring)? Przemek how did you do to drive your car from England to Poland and where did you stop?

I am driving to Poland from UK only when I need to transport my car for summer etc. Then I am driving all day long - 16 hours ( including Autobahns :D ) - pretty cool trip to be honest.

    Tell me about it ......

I might move there in late 2008 - still not sure !

Honestly when i make a trip like this i try to make it as pleasurable as possible. One day i achieved an average speed of 110kph, and was quite fast in Poland. But taking two days for a trip like this allows you to hit some small roads and go back on the highway later. Plus culturally speaking i like Prague.

If I do it in 2 days then I either sleep in Helmstedt (last town before GDR) or Porta Westfalica depending on time of departure from UK. I've done it in 1 go several times - not a big deal if there are no traffic jams on the way and you're in a car that can cruise fast. Antwerp's Kennedy Tunnel is usually the worst place, 2nd worst is leaving the A2 in Stryków... no comments.

Where are you driving from? I regularly drove from Fontainebleau to Warsaw and back in 1 go in a 92 Honda Civic.

BTW - in latest Auto Świat there's a Ferrari 328 buyer's guide obviously translated from Auto-Bild and written by a total idiot... "Oil leaks rarely occur" - in a Ferrari? Yeah right. The photo shows a 328 with 348 wheels and the plates photoshopped out so that it doesn't look obviously Polish.

    Hi,

I am located in Canada and am looking for an F40 with less than 15,000km. Please contact me if you have one or know of one for sale. What should I expect to pay for an F40? Looking for a nice car with no accidents and full documented. Please email me.

    Thanks!

    Witam.
Pozdrowienia.
