Is this Rosso Mugello?

    I still haven't figured out if I will go with Grigio Ingrid or with Rosso Mugello. To help the process, could any of you confirm if the car as shown in the pictures attached (coming from the CD which is part of the 599 GTB brochure) is Rosso Mugello?

    If not, which type of red is this?

    The Colour in those pictures is Rosso Monza, a special order, currently €14,000. Rosso Mugello is I believe a similar shade but is a solid, non metallic colour

    You might also want to consider special ordering the Maserati color Rosso Ponteveccio.

    It is Rosso Monza. Rosso Mugello is non-metallic color. Best.

    That is indeed a very nice colour especially on the 612. There is a board member with a 612 in that colour and it looks stunning in my opinion. The thought crossed my mind but the Mrs. isn't such a big fan of it.

    Thanks for the help guys. € 14k for the special order colour is quite expensive. I'll check with my dealer what the exact price is but it does look very nice on the 599.

    Is the attached Rosso Mugello and if not, are there any pictures available of the 599 in Rosso Mugello?

    For 14k euros, you should be able to get it in a tartan plaid!

    I saw that 612 in Bordeaux Ponteveccio and I agree that it looked spectacular.

    The 599 you found is a USA version in the Rosso Rubino.

    Rosso Rubino it is. Was this a US version only?

    The sky here in the PNW makes the car change colors, something I think you may be familiar with ;)

    Rosso Fiorano is the closest to Rosso Monza and it is only $3500 additional as an out of production color. I ordered my 599 in this color.

    I have to say that the 599 looks stunning in this colour. You have a unique 599 there. What colours do you have for the interior?

    It is amazing how colours can change with different stands of the sun. I have this on my M6 as well. It changes constantly. I have to admit that Rosso Rubino is starting to grow on me. I'm still on board with my initial choice (= Grigio Ingrid) but in the red tones Rosso Monza ranks first closely followed by Rosso Rubino.

    I still have time to make up my mind but thanks for the pics anyway.
