wow i feel bad for you my man i cant tell from that pic, it could be just a repaint with a little body filler. when i work for MB, right when the SLR came out, Ed Wade wrecked his (not that bad) and they just basically "totalled" it. got him another one because the cars had to be sent back over the pond to be fixed and that was like a 4-8 month ordeal.. no dealer would stock any parts because **** like the bumper were like $40 grand (i dont remember exactly but you know what i mean) so your car may need to be sent out. i am not sure though, im done with MBUSA. sorry for the bad news bro.
hey, i only took a quick look at the pic, the silver one your talking about right? i didnt even take a 4 second look at it. i wa just offering advice, thats it. MBUSA has offered me my job back twice for alot more than what i was making before. i STILL have pull at MBUSA, like to the point where if i want a to PURCHASE a benz, i would get it for cost. lower than what a MB dealer would pay for it. I wouldn't ever purchase one though. when i worked there, i drove whatever i wanted. i got a MFG tag that was good for anything. there was always thousands of cars in the area we kept them when they came in before we distributed them. i drove the SL65/CL65 before it was even confirmed it would go into production. i drove smart cars when we were trying to get them approved for sale here. maybach's / SLR's i drove them all, and drove them how they should be. why do you think some new cars will have miles on them. not like 4 miles either. dealers would call them delivery miles. most of the time though i just had a S55 that kinda grew on me.
