Rick, I asked to Giuseppe to put a big rear wing on it but they don't want to.
Imagine that the FXX is as fast as the MCC in Monza and it is slower than 10sec than the MCC in Mugello.
Incredible areodynamics and as you said before, very bad tyres for lap times

That doesn't surprise me at all.

With a GT1 race car you change the aero and set up for each circuit. The FXXs are standard cars at each circuit, which is the point of the development programme for the next supercar.

For example, with my DBR9 we run low-downforce aero at Monza and Le Mans (completely different front splitter, wheel arches, radiator cooling, and rear wing, etc) and high downforce at most other circuits.

We also choose between soft Michelins (single stint/qualifying) or medium-soft Michelins (double stint).

So that is where one can easily find 10 secs per lap, but our tyre bill for Le Mans-24 alone is likely to be over $100,000...........

Anyone know the vin of FXX #11.
Programme listed it as owned/driven by Motoaki Saito but I don't see his name in the FXX registry.
    Thanks

Will the FXX program be in the U.S. anytime this summer? If so, when/where?

Manu -- Have you ever driven Road America in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin? If so, if you don't mind me asking, in which car? And how were your lap times?
