Many don’t car about the vulgar notions of value but for those that do I thought we could post here as information starts to emerge on the value of 812 C and 812CA.

The base price including transport in the US is $598,567 for the C version; I guess you can add $100K to $150K to that with options

Interesting thank you. So for a well-optioned car cost should be say:

    812C $700k
    812CA $800k

So the big question is where will the first models trade?

My guess would be $1m for C and $1.2m for CA

    thoughts?

The question is probably ...not what price someone will ask but at what price they will able to sell them ! I think on the very few cars that will be traded , someone will able to get $200K more of its rsp. I don’t think much more because very rich lover of the prancing horse are already on the list of the 999 coupe’ and 599 A, moreover this was not a “ cheap car “ with a value of almost 60% more of the 812 SF and GTS” . This is my opinion.

You don’t think there are more than 1,600 people worldwide that can afford and would like the car?

Yes of course but if you take a look to the market is not easy to find them . Many tdf for sale with high price and still there ..I don’t think that if you put the price 300 or 400 k more than rsp you will sell like hot cakes...but this is only my vision ( maybe wrong !! )

I agree. The list of people willing to pay 750k for a 1.5m secondary market car gets smaller and smaller as the spread gets more narrow. And Ferrari has a good recent history of not leaving lots on the table.

I think the first F12 tdf’s sold at around $1.25m iirc, do you think these would sell for less? I guess the numbers are around double here is that right?

There was only icona model and it was the Monza and it was right around $1.9m. So nicely specced 812 CA will be less than half of that no?

Monza not street legal in US which defines its use case. The 812C/CA can be tracked and driven in the street in, say Miami, etc.

Personally the number of launch spec monzas was disappointing as opposed to the anticipated variety and TM options for this car.

LIke with the PISTA for example a wide Variety of spec and colors. That said most monzas don’t spend a lot of time in public here in the us so there may be bias.

How are they planning to position comp vs sf90? Which is top of line?

I don't think positioning applies as much when it is a numbered car. A numbered car by definition is higher than the top of the line platform - which is the SF-90.

So it seems the price list is out, in the US the base model of the 812C is right around $600,000. That’s a pretty amazing premium to the 812SF! Am assuming most cars will be in the $675k to $750k range. Am assuming that puts the secondary value at at least $900k maybe more.

Low mileage TDF's, with under 1k miles at authorized dealerships, are asking $1-$1.295 million right now. Some, depending on how its specced are in the $900's
