Silly Mercedes - surely they should have sabotaged him just a bit less, so he could at least have taken points off Max ;)

    Agree

All this sounds increasingly fake and even begins to tire the loyal supporters of Mercedes. As an actor’s performance of a script written in advance.
Unfortunately in this scenario Lewis tolerates only second roles at his side..

Nah, this is a perfectionist team and and perfectionist driver knowing there is pace yet to be unlocked and rough edges to be smoothed.
It's a winning attitude. Keep pushing and demoralize the opposition while doing so.

This team is remarkable, no doubt about this. They just have to stop taking the spectators for imbeciles with their so-called inferiority and superhuman effort provided by Lewis ..

No, I don't. Explain very specifically, please.

Because that's the post you quoted and that we were talking about. Don't troll the thread with flippant remarks like this. Provide substantiation for your charge of racism or withdraw it.

    All the best,
    Andrew.

    Pretty good performance from Renault.
Ferrari seems to have the 3rd best car with some
More podiums coming this year but il
    Liking Renault’s reaction.

Alonso looked a bit blassé in the first 1/3rd of the race, but he really came alive near the end.

Last four races (including the last one last year) have had the same three drivers on the podium.

This is the sport I've followed religiously for twenty two years.

I know dominance is cyclical, but it's getting really hard to look forward to the next race as you already know who will win, place and show.

Sorry for the Horse Race analogy. My pick to win the Kentucky Derby yesterday just crossed the finish line about an hour ago.

Err:: Merc, RedCrap, McLaren, and maybe Renault

So, it looks to be 4th best optimistically and 5th best pessimistically.

Eh Barcelona - make it a triple Espresso with 2 additional shots for the stint after the first box box call. Not sure what will work after lol :)

I can ask the woman to provide electro-shock for the last 25 laps lol :)

Oh I know-- I can just pay attention to the mid-field battle lol :)

Barcelona testing track should be dropped from the racing calendar.

We did have 3 different race leaders and 2 passes on track for the lead. In general, though, a roller-coaster circuit whose primary drama is keeping the cars on the slippery surface.

Agree the red(not crap ;-) team didn’t look great today especially with Sainz—probably due to too early a pit stop and then running him on the (M) for so long—but looking at the fastest laps and ignoring all the late tire swappers, Leclerc is only about .5 behind Hamilton’s F.L. ( same tires at the end, but fresher) and ahead of Norris and Ocon (on the same strategy) so not a hundred miles away:

If Leclerc had started in 5th instead of Sainz, he probably would have finished there. They will not win on merit this year, for sure, but good recovery from last year nevertheless—again, considering premature COVID shutdown, engine issues and tokens.

Is this the reason why some take the words and pronouncements of that chronic moaner Helmut “Karen” Marko seriously?
