@paulchua since this thread came back alive, I will say that one of the reasons that things take a while at Roselli is because Roberto is too nice to everyone, and he never says no. The number of people who don't pay him or abandon their cars there is staggering. I have seen him literally rip up a bill and give her the keys when a lady started crying that she couldn't afford the repairs this month but really needed her car for work. (It wasn't a Ferrari). There are many people who take advantage of his kindness, but he doesn't change his behavior because that's the kind of class act he is. The rest of the team, including Tang and Alfredo are great and really know what they are doing. Alfredo keeps threatening to retire, and that will be a tough day. They have worked on my 612, 550 and also the 288 on occasion.

Now that's a class act. I have been going to him for 2 years and I just get the feeling that he's an honest guy. But after hearing that, he goes beyond honest!

Agreed! Roberto is one of the nicest person around.
He is a good friend always happy to help recovering from a bad illness. Way too nice. Always says yes that’s the problem. But he is the best In the South Bay. I dropped my car
Smog today; I don’t expect it before early December and it will
Be dirty but his passion is what I love. Some people are complete ****** to him
Too just because they have a nice car. He loves people in a mondial, Renault 5 turbo , Escalade or f40.
Roberto reads the forum and/or hears about it so Roberto please stay safe and don’t work so much. Not worth it.
    Much love to u!

Hi Brian, sorry I never responded. The sticky trim was the ones around the door sill. Still good to this day.

I did its like an automotive candy store of the highest order. Loved the while Rolly right inside the fence!

Hoping/planning on getting a PPI done on a car this week.....

Are all those cars parked on the street storage for work to be completed?

That would be a bizarre area neighborhood to have so many exotics....even Atherton or Saratoga wouldnt have that kind of concentration. ;-)

I was there an hour after they opened so it’s very possible they had them in their secured yard and moved them out in the AM during the day

I would certainly hope the car would either be inside or outside......

looks like a massive waiting line to me.

Like i said the cars are inside but the waiting time is high so ur car will be outside too and stay there.
He is the best in the bay. U just have to wait.

I just got home from Roselli's talking with Roberto and his teammate Manuel (I hope I got that correct) and talking about the PPI for the car I was looking at.

My initial observation of Roberto from Monday AM held today when I got to spend a little time with him and the car in that he was very patient, extremely knowledgeable and I felt like I received very good value for the money I invested in the PPI.

    Extremely grateful for him.

What was super cool is there were 3 other 550's while I was there so he was able to say....see these motor mounts....go compare what you see here to that 550 over there.

Extremely well spent time. Very grateful.

Stopped by yesterday and the “on street” line up was a Bentley day. More further down as well....always a “candy store”!

Wonder why do they accept cars more than they can handle.

I think they work briskly? I assume a portion of the issue is starting and then having to wait for parts to get in.

why cant he just let the customer come back when he's ready to work on it, that case it doesn't have sit around or sit outside while waiting to be work on, thats's not saying no.
I'm sure the customer would rather for his car to wait at home that at the shop.
