    Well, interesting and pretty general.

    Ducati 999s are an acquired taste, with FILA and XEROX specials.

    That rather glosses over what I feel is the bedrock of Ducs, the 916/996/998 series.
    And the rather cute little brother: 748/.....

    Traditionalists were put off by the clean sheet 999 design, but in retrospect, styling got even more sharp and angular.

    Ya'll know I Have an 848 next to my 996 and really sing praises of the STs also.
    Those STs are going very cheaply these days......heavy bikes to crash, certainly

    I used to have an R Zed. Wild bike. 1,000 rpm power band and zero engine braking. Clutchless shifts up and down were the rule.
