This was just too funny. Leftover steak with Monterey jack/cheddar grilled cheese. Sriracha added on the inside BBQ sauce on the bread for some sticky.

Enjoyed it in the backyard with a friend.

There might be something that adding hash browns too doesn't make it better, but I ain't found it yet.

Hello guys. Yesterday we went for a walk downtown with my fiancé. I had bagel with salmon, avocado, lettuce and lemon, and she had wholemeal bruschetta with boiled eggs, avocado, radishes, lettuce salad together with red peppers and lemon dressing!

I always crave a good 'ol fashioned American breakfast when I get back home after a trip overseas...

So this week I went to a little grubby local's Diner filled with hunters back from the morning hunt and farmers who likely already put in 5 hours of work by the time I got there at 10am...

This was so good, I went back and had this breakfast 2x this week. They call it a "beef omelet" but its got hash browns inside as well. This thing was huge...biggest omelet I've ever seen. And of course I had to get more hash browns on the side and some bacon. They have a big cabinet full of several different types of hot sauce...so I grabbed the 'ol standby Cholula and a new-to-me green salsa from trader joes. Yummy!

thanks. Every morning since, I’ve had to fight myself from going back. It was so darn good. And huge, I didn’t eat much of anything the rest of the day both times I had this meal.

I dont think i would normally post this but my lady deserved it The!

The lady works in Healthcare management at a state level so needless to say COVID has making work very demanding. To add to the thunder an audit got tossed in her desk.

Today was fresh diced yams with bacon and an egg on top...plus a nice msg.

It was 9F out this morning, but it didn’t stop me from making football Sunday brunch on my outdoor griddle...

(mad at myself for burning the hash browns a bit...managing the temp of the griddle was pretty difficult given the ambient temps)

9 F?!? Holy a$$ crackers!! I think it has been that cold here in Dallas ONCE in the 20 years we lived in Big D.
And certainly not this early in the season. I tried to do a smoke once in teens F, and it was brutal, both in terms
of going outside and having to try and maintain temps.

What is the story on those eggs? Cooked in little cups?

    Yup, cold out there!

cooking on the griddle I need those rings to keep the eggs in one place. Also works for pancakes.
