It’s an awesome family car. Drives well, sounds good and Reliable. Not a single issue ever since I bought it a year and half ago. Have done multiple long distance trips and it servers me well Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
I get asked that question all the time and have no answer. I try to drive each of my cars and I have a lot of cars. The reason I replied is because it gets so bad always being asked the same question, I started just thinking and saying that the Senna would be my daily driver. So, sure enough, I get in front of this guy at Goodwood a few years ago as we look at a Senna. He asks if I will track the car, I say, no, I’m getting the GTR version to track, this will be my daily driver. His eyes bulge and he says in a very proper British accent something like “good luck with that, it’s quite a handful.” Later on, after running up the hill in the FXX, I see this chap again. Chris Harris asks him which car he drove up the hill. He sheepishly answers “the Senna.” At which time Chris hoists his hands in the air and calls out “Who here drove their namesake up the hill?!” So yeah, I told Bruno Senna I would daily drive the Senna, lol.
Yes surprisingly the Maserati is one of the most reliable cars I have ever owned Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Well it looks like I have the rarest of daily drivers ... Keep dreaming guys ( and girls) ... Image Unavailable, Please Login
I was able to get and still drive my 2015 launch edition Golf R. I love it. Fast, affordable, practical, great build quality. It is the Swiss Army knife in the car world to me. Doesn't do anything out of this world. Just does everything well enough. Best
Something else is stirring ... First start today, hopefully she will be done and here soon ready for daily rotation. (apologies for poor video quality)
Ive surprised a lot of people with mine. And like you said, a swiss army knife. I have a seat delete done too and its perfect for my two dobermans, groceries, and track day wheels lol
Holy carp! I haven't seen an X-90 in dog years! You my good man win the Internet for today! Is it a former Red Bull promo vehicle? T
mic drop ! although i love red bull ( sugar free in particular) it’s just a stock x90 random craigslist purchase. glad someone else knew what it is !
so far so good regarding reliability.. Car is fast, drives like a hot hatch as opposed to an SUV, sounds great and is relatively rare compared to Porsche, Mercedes, BMW, Audi that I see on every corner. The interior is nice- with alcantara, leather, aluminum and carbon fiber, but not up to RR, merc or Porsche standards electronics are a bit dated but MY 2020 is supposed to be better Ride is firm, even with adjustable dampers, but handling is superb and it is a beast in the snow with dedicated winter tires (Scorpions) I have 458, GT3RS, V12VS and Evora GT so it only sees winter and rainy day action, but is a useful hauler and DD when needed.
Yes, I fold down the back seats and cover the area for my dogs! I did take it on a track once, but just for fun. I did not try to really wring it out. Car was surprisingly fun! best Randy
I'm a sucker for british cars in weird colors. my dd is a 2014 f type s manual on good days, and 2011 range rover on bad ones. I was thinking about replacing the range rover, but I love the aquamarine too much to let it go. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Wait wait wait. I used to skateboard and red bull showed up to a demo I was in located in hoboken years ago. A very small suv type looking car with girls rolled up with a giant redbull can on the back on an angle handing out redbulls. Was this the car?!
My daily driver is Macan GTS. Just traded my 458 in for an F8. The F8 in sport mode could easily be a daily driver. Considering replacing the Macan GTS with something a little more cushy, but not sure what yet.
Probably not this exact car, but I think Red Bull used to use similar type small vehicles back in the day for their promo vehicles. T
We just picked up Macan's bigger brother. Cayenne. Platinum Edition. Platinum Edition is essentially base model with a lot of the cushy options - heated & ventilated seats, blind spot warning, etc. Bought one used, 2 years old, less than 30K miles, roughly half off. Have already put about 5 K miles on it. Averages about 20 mpg on highways. It's not the peppiest of the Peppers but great for commuting, road trips, getting dog to the vet, lots of storage, etc. I would look into a Cayenne if you want to stay in Porsche family...T Image Unavailable, Please Login
Order a 2021 Escalade. The new display on it is amazing and the redesign isn't bad. I have one on order for my airport car (if I can ever can fly again for biz).
