Wow, good timing before they failed completely. I guess Italian brake pad glue isn’t as solid as their window grease. Which pads did you choose for replacement?
The previous owner gave me a set of EBC Green pads - I've used them before on a few other cars, nice as they bite well from cold & don't fade unless your going to do a lot of track work. I could see the pad material separating when i was doing some cleaning & changed the steering gaiters, so as it was a nice day i decided to do the pads
After our own Yellcab did some work on mine, including replacing the clutch, I've been really enjoying it. Yesterday, my wife and I went up NorCal's famous Skyline road. Here is my wife in front of the Mondial, high up on Skyline, with a view of the San Francisco Bay. Image Unavailable, Please Login

Attempting to replace foam under Gate Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Rubber after market cover supposed to fit under gate. No such luck. Attempted cutting it to fit but didn’t work Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Its the replacement part that supersedes the original foam that surrounded the base of the shifter under the gate mine was coming out in pieces with each shift. This part is supposed to take its place but its to tight a fit so the rubber misshapes and wont stay under the gate when its screwed down Maybe some sort of glue will help
Getting the disc's skimmed is on my list of things to do - although they are in quite good condition considering the pads

I never quite understand what people are thinking when it comes to safety.. and how did it pass MOT in Belgium is even a bigger question for me or did the Mondi stand still for some years? I actually never have seen pads so bad on a Mondial.
Some guys Apped me for a spontanious drive, but when pulling the garage door open an overwelming smel of petrol came out.. I redid the fuel hoses not so long ago and redid it again last weeks. New old stock and brand new hoses were already deteriorating after 2-4 years. The connection hose (Original new old stock) only lasted 2 years and was showing cracks (not leaking yet). The brand new hoses 4yrs old… just very bad quality if you ask me and was leaking! My tip for this week. Never buy new old stock Ferrari fuel hoses or even in general! I got the smaller Diameter from a local webshop and the bigger one (between the tanks) from Superformance in the UK. They say it's not new old stock. Let's see! Alltogether 60 USD/EUR I do not know the prices from they guys below, but if my current one(s) fail again in the next 3-4 years I will get me a set from they guys below. Now they don't mention prices so it tells me a set probably will cost between 200/300 USD, but then again I haven't contacted them. Take away the spaces scuderia rampante . com/sri-fuel-hose-2/

Greetings Sam, I saw your car in front of @yelcab house, great car and awesome photo! Best wishes to you.
Nice work! Looks like fun. Where did you pick up the radiator foam piece from? My car needs one as well. Thanks! 2cam
Greetings Paul! I saw your Mondial as well, which is also a very cool looking car. Best wishes, and let's plan on doing a drive when things are a little better!
Dropped the Mondial to the ground to adjust the new front coil overs. I think its a bit low so tomorrow when my knees are better I'll raise it up an inch or 2 or 3. Don't want to catch a fender lip. Its lower than the picture shows and my old fat ass ain't in the drivers seat. The suspension now moves when you push down on the bumper, those near 37 old Konis were pretty much solid.
