Very frustrated. I have been insured with Geico for over 10 years and they just sent me a notification that they cannot ensure my 812 superfast. They said it is too expensive of a vehicle. Who do you guys use to cover your cars? Any response or suggestions would be appreciated.

They specialize in exotics. Very competitive. Just switched.

Almost always, people ask what insurance company others are with when just as important is who their agent is.
A top notch agent will check many carriers and find the best fit for you.
I laugh when people always shop for the cheapest rates.
Cheap rates are for cheap cars, as you get what you pay for.

    How do I know?
I have been married to the best insurance agent in the world (who deals with high net worth clients as well as average joes) and after 37 years, I have learned a lot about insurance and the industry.

    Best wishes,
    Gene Greer

I’ve been happy with State Farm for years now. That said, I have never had to file a claim so can’t attest to how they would handle it.

Ine difference between when I signed up and now is that back in 2006 or 2007 I asked my agent whether they would cover damage from a track day. I recall he said “Sure I’ll cover you. But then your rate will go through the roof.”

    Now? No track coverage.
