Yes we have received the credit card offers and promotions from Ferrari, none of that too bad in my opinion. Whoever approved this should be kicked the **** out! :D

FCA is working with Air Canada. The gig is FCA members can register with Air Canada which then provides them your information and in exchange, an entire 2 members and their guests will get a HUGE 20% discount off airfare. :D :D :D

You also get the four quarterly magazines, and are allowed into FCA events.

CLEARLY you are mis-reading the ad. It is WAY better than you are describing.

You are claiming that a total of 4 people are receiving the 20% discount passes. In reality, 4 members will EACH receive TWO discount coupons. How exciting!!!!!!

(Leaving F-Chat to go sign up with Air Canada.....)

Each Annual Experience (formerly called Annual Meet/Annual International Meet) is an expensive proposition to host. They require substantial sponsorship support to run and it is always a crap shoot what the registration sign-ups will be for a 4 to 5 day event that includes several days of track rental.

This offer using something from Air Canada, one of the Experience's sponsors (a first time sponsor at that) is part of an inducement by the event organizers to register early. The "early bird" registration program has become a significant deal for each event's organizers since it was started as it provides a certainty to the attendance planning (and the related financials) that way too frequently in prior times was just a crap shoot until the last month before the event happened.

So, you are not thrilled with this Air Canada offer? Then don't sign up for its registration. Take the early bird registration discount and move on. On the other hand do the registration and just maybe you are one of the Air Canada winners - its a bonus for what you were doing anyway.

I apologize, I misread email that Air Canada was taking the registrations membership wide for (4) 20% discounts. Sounds much better this is just for Annual Meet and FCA is holding the registrations. My bad!

I joined fca thrice and quit after the year each time. I've owned ferraris for 40 years. I think that speaks to my read on the value of fca

see that other thread I posted, I don't know how $180 isn't a value when we're spending 4-5 digits a year on overpriced parts.

When your $180 doesn't get you anything, why spend it.
