I love that FF and Lusso. I may even add the older M coupe if I find the right one. I have found the "real' car guys appreciate the shooting brake style.

Gooding not returning calls/emails from inquiry.
Appears the car went from Gooding to Illuso.
The ask is now even higher at $825k+.
I'm out. Not sure what to make of the odd pricing game.

no reason to chase any newer car in this market - there will be plenty of at-bats...

    I concur.

Pista has arrived, so I move on to that in the meantime.

Auction companies and their shell games. How annoying, sorry to hear.

No worries. TDF's will some day be <$700k and I can get one if I want by then.
Now, where's that Lusso V12 that I dont need in sunny SoCal weather...

Curious to see where a tasteful pista trades 3 years after debut and compare to where tdf is now after 3 yrs.

I would imagine one is below MSRP by a good 15% and one is above by 25%.

Increase distance between the two by at least 10% more I'm thinking. F12 TdF will remain above MSRP. So much more special plus NA V12 and numbered. The two are not related at all.

Perhaps but even more reason for a bigger spread I would think. No plate and no NA V12 and high production on that turbo Pista. That's important for value.

One thing the Pista has going aside from performance are the looks. IMO, by far the best looking car out there sub $1m. TDF is right there but if your being impartial the Pista looks pretty darn good.

Pista is probably the best result of a modified PF design for Manzoni. Interestingly I liked it (front end treatment pleasant to me) but my wife was not as impressed. The F12TdF so much better a looker than Pista or especially 812sf but I am partial to the platform and the drive train.

I personally like the interior. A user here on fchat, Camlet1 I believe, specced his TDF in Argento with the same color interior. I think it’s classy and a breath of fresh air.

You’ll be right eventually, just like you’ll be right if you predicted a boom/bull market after that

Wowww ... is this the blue interior? I like it...go for it!
So $7xxk....hard to believe these were asking $1.3 not too long ago....near half mil drop? Has the market shifted this much?

My understanding is these cars move around 800’s. CGT’s move in 700’s. LaFerrari at 2.7, new FGT 800-950.

I am not a stick driver, but have some interest in CGT. But think I would rather have TDF. Thoughts? (You know I prioritize loud cars!)

    Wow what a tough choice!
I am partial to the CGT because it is such an iconic car with automotive history...LeMans engine, over 70 patents, best sounding NAV10 on earth (possibly of all time). Never to be built in the same manner ever again.
TDF amazing and I have not driven one but would like to hear comparisons from someone that has driven both. I suspect TDF is easier to drive but both must be respected with the power. The CGT is a true racecar and scary to push hard. But SO rewarding!
Tough call but I am biased towards CGT.
I follow the CGT market and it has held much stronger than the TDF. As you say, good CGT’s low miles fetch 7-800k currently, which is not a huge drop at all from peak couple years ago, whereas TDF 1.3 down to 800k scares me.
Btw, I’d Love a TDF, but my eyes are set on a different goal at the moment.

    the new avatar has arrived!

ttforcefed was not a fan of his tdF compared to a CGT. Beyond a similar price there is little in common between the two cars and one is TWELVE years older...
