Careful, another suspicious car from B H C C. From the ad: "1985 Ferrari Mondial QV. Please note: the vin has too many characters so Ebays system wont let me create the ad unless I say its a 1980 or earlier. It IS a 1985....NOT a 1980!" "Its due for timing belts which is fairly easy and inexpensive to do. If you can wrench, there are YTube videos detailing the whole job. Its actually a pretty straight forward job and if you have ever done a timing belt change, you can do it yourself. The belts and tensioner kit run less than $300." https://www.ebay.com/itm/1980-Ferrari-Mondial-/303419824727 Image Unavailable, Please Login
Just for grins I created a draft ebay ad with a copy & paste from their VIN and had no problems at all. Seems awfully phishy to me. Image Unavailable, Please Login
What do you mean BHCC? That license plate says Ferrari of Beverly Hills, and it's a CA plated car, for sale in Ohio, with a story about a VIN that's right, but "doesn't fit". PS. that doesn't mean it doesn't have demons...lol
I could be wrong but I saw the same pattern recently i.e. a BHCC car "sold" to a seller in OH using the exact same "issue" with the VIN. Just seems suspicious to me.

A shameless bump for my t coupe. The auction on BaT closes today at 2pm eastern time. https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1989-ferrari-mondial-t-coupe-3/
'84 Cab in silver and red. Looks amazing in pictures. ZFFUC15A8E0051285 https://www.ebay.com/itm/1984-Ferrari-Mondial-Mondial-Quattrovalvole-Convertible-/114038796921 Image Unavailable, Please Login

Hmmm; interesting. I just tried the link through here and the link worked fine. Unfortunately I’m of the “older” generation, I’m 54 y.o., consequently I’m a computer “retard” (read: know nothing about how computers/the internet works). temple
I don't have FB, so maybe that's why, but it returns a "link may be broken or deleted" response. Oh well.
This car currently listed a BaT looks like it needs some tender loving care, but I love the color ... grey and black!! Image Unavailable, Please Login The top, however, reminds me of my grandma in a swimsuit. Image Unavailable, Please Login
This is Aaron Bunch's (ATSAaron) black '88, right? This one: https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/threads/the-return-of-snj5.604953/ ? Cool machine! It looks like he's asking $44K for it. Probably the fastest Mondial in the U.S. at this point. 2cam
Yes 2cam, that’s the one, owned by ATSAaron. Guido must be correct, it is a closed group (Facebook) which explains why the link is inoperative. Yes, asking $44k. Certainly the most documented Mondial in the US, previously owned by SNJ5 of Ferrarichat. temple
