Going by the photo Bond looks as he did around the 1970's. Our Kylie was born in 1968 so don't think it can be her cranking over the Bugatti.

The Top Photo of the kids in the car is my family in the mid 70's with an original baby car but not the same one I have currently have just to make clear.
The older picture looks like a normal Type 52. The newer pictures look like a Type 52 with a modified radiator grille surround. Matt
