Hi, recently sold my 328. Looking for a Mondial, looked at one, and was going to get a PPI. I should have put a deposite on. A dealer came and bought it, and now asking 25K more, WOW. Good luck!!

Hang in there, I think prices will take a hit when next recession arrives...

On the bright side, at least you have maximized proceeds from the 328 before the old saying "all boats fall in a receding tide" occurs.

Recessions are healthy, and agreed, let's say mild recession!

Same thing happened to me- I was following a '88 2.3 Cab at a CT auction where it went for around $25K. Had cold feet, should have put in a bid. Watching the VIN on the web it ended up at a dealer in FL, and then a dealer in NY. The dealer in NY was asking $38K and wouldn't budge, had no past service records, etc. I inquired about the last timing belt change and I believe he thought I was asking about regular fan belts and was really cocky about it. Needless to say I bailed and forgot about that car, and ended up buying one from a FC member with tons of documentation at a very reasonable price. If you have patience the right car will come along. It sure doesn't feel that way when you have a few cars bookmarked on the web and are watching each day!
