It was based on an actual car and could be driven. Not so much any more, though. Correct on all counts. No real significance; just a guy building his dream car. And, yes, with dreams like that, his money would have been better spent on therapy. It was a homemade "special," but it's documented online (article, photos, YouTube videos, etc.) and not incredibly difficult to find--especially for someone like Is. She probably had the location pinned based on the tires alone. Who? All I got when asked is that it's a one off and it's a 328 underneath. It's very weird looking. I can't decide if I like it or not, but I hate fully open cars, so it's not for me.
